Five star quality food, to prepare at home for birthdays, anniversaries, formal dinners or any reason you choose. Instruction, explanation’s, methods, techniques, timing, measures all explained in terms everyone can understand. I am intent on teaching everyone who wishes to learn how to prepare fine food the best opportunity to do just that. American comfort food is my passion, but there is nothing I cannot explain to you.
